he promotion period commences on Friday 1st February 2008 at 00:01 (GMT) and closes on Saturday 31st May at 23:59 (GMT). Entries must be received by the closing date. One name will be randomly selected from the correctly completed pool of entries by Monday 30th June 2008 at 17:00 by a member of Meat & Wool New Zealand staff. The winner will be notified before Tuesday 1st July 2008. If attempts to notify the winner are not successful after four (4) weeks, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize and Meat & Wool New Zealand will then attempt to notify the new winner of the results of the prize draw.
PRIZE: The prize consists of two return adult (one pair) Air New Zealand Economy class flights from London Heathrow to New Zealand, for the winner and their nominated travelling companion. The winners and their nominated travel companion must have departed before 30 June 2009. Flights are subject to availability. Blackout travel dates when travel is not permitted apply. These include the periods of: 23 June 2008 – 31 August 2008, 11 December 2008 – 6 February 2009 and 01 April – 30 April 2009. The prize is not transferable. If the winner and the winner's travel companion are unable to travel in accordance with the blackout date restrictions above, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize.
Flights must be booked at least four (4) weeks before departure date. Fuel surcharge tax is included. Airport, security taxes and passenger facility charges are NOT included. Accommodation, travel insurance and all other expenses including (but not limited) to spending money, meals, tips, ground transportation and vaccinations are NOT included. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered.

Airpoints cannot be accrued on prize air travel. The winner and their travel companion are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas where applicable. Air New Zealand assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
The organisers reserve the right to verify the validity of entries. Neither Air New Zealand nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
